How To Order

Purchase Order is required to place an order. Please have the following information on your purchase order: purchase order number, customer account number if it is available, billing address, shipping address, phone number, fax number, email address, BioLink item number, description, and order quantity. Confirmation of your order will be faxed to you on the next business day.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. For International order, we require prepayment.

Shipping Terms

Products are shipped FOB Chicago by the most efficient method available. Shipping and handling charges are pre-paid and added to the invoice.

Return Policy

Any products sold by BioLink will be replaced free of charge if they do not meet the standards indicated in our product specification.
